| Elevator | | Ride the Elevator to access new properties, utilities and action spaces – or use it to return to the original Monopoly® board. Even or odd rolls determine your path! |
| Reverse Direction | | On your next turn, roll the dice as normal, but instead of moving forward, move backwards the number rolled. After a player has moved his or her piece in the reverse direction, their next turn will be in a forward direction again. |
| Utilities | | The two new utilities -- Wireless Telephone Company and Gas Company -- accompany the original Monopoly® utilities (Electric Company and Water Works). The potential revenue a player can earn from the utility properties is now significantly greater. |
| Squeeze Play | | Land on Squeeze Play and roll two dice. The sum of the dice determines how much money the roller collects from the other players. |
| Subway | | Landing on Subway allows a player to travel to any space on the board on his or her next turn. If the property is not owned, the player may purchase it from the bank. |
| Tax Refund | | A player who lands on the Tax Refund space collects 50% from the existing pool of money from the center of the board (previously collected only by landing on "Free Parking"). |
| Bonus | | Collect $250 as you go past "Bonus". Land on "Bonus" and receive $300 |
| Roll Three | | When a player lands on Roll Three, they roll three dice to see if their, or another player's Roll Three numbers match the dice rolled. Payouts vary depending on the number of matches. Roll Three cards may be bought, sold, or traded among players. |
| Travel Card | | Use a Travel card instead of rolling the dice for any turn. More than one Travel card can be used at a time. They may also be bought, sold or traded among players. |
